Delete your account
How to delete your account in Koloia, the app run by Bohdan Kostiuk, and what happens to your data.
In the app
Profile → Delete account → type the word shown → Delete for good. The account is deleted at once; it cannot be undone.
By email
Write to support@koloia.app from the email address of your Google account. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days, usually within days, and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted
Your account and its sessions; the kolos you own, with their titles, proposals and members; your memberships in other kolos; your proposals and notes; your notifications; your bookmarks, statuses and ratings.
What remains
- Other people's statuses, ratings and bookmarks, also for titles that were in your kolos.
- Titles you added to other people's kolos, no longer linked to you.
- Entries in other people's notifications, without your name.
- Encrypted backups — about two more days; notification delivery receipts — up to 26 hours; our emails with you about your requests, including a copy of your data you asked for — at most two years.
Signing in again with the same Google account creates a new, empty account.
